- BODYPUMP: Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great for Beginners to Advance.
- CARDIO DANCE: Zumba type class.
- CARDIO TABATA: Blast fat and strengthen your entire body with a HIIT workout.
- CYCLE: Indoor cycle class.
- INSANITY: Athletic Based High Interval Training Class. Get ready to sweat/sprint/strengthen your whole body.
- LOW IMPACT CARDIO/STRENGTH: Light weights and band work with moderate cardio.
- PILATES: Pilates focuses on muscle firing patterns over and over, challenging the movement by changing the center of gravity and the surface stability. Great for your core!
- STEP: This class utilizes an adjustable height step making the workout an aerobic challenge for all fitness levels.
- STRENGTH/CARDIO POWER HOUR: Combination of weights and bodyweight exercises combined with cardio.
- VINYASA FLOW YOGA: Yoga with dynamic movements between poses. A flowing, dynamic yoga that increases flexibility, strength and stability.
- YOGA: This class utilizes specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to develop muscular strength and flexibility. All levels.
- ZUMBA: Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind.
